Do I need any yoga experience to join?
No. Classes welcome complete beginners as well as regular practitioners. Every application is reviewed so we can suggest a group that matches your current level and comfort.
What class formats do you offer?
We conduct live online classes you can join from anywhere, and offline group classes at our centre in Chandmari, Kulipara, Rampurhat. Personal one-to-one guidance is also available by appointment.
What is taught at the centre?
Our practice covers yogasana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), meditation, mudra and advanced yoga — taught together as one balanced, progressive practice.
Who leads the classes?
Piyali Dasgupta, who holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) and M.Sc. in Yoga from Visva-Bharati University, is a Registered Yoga Trainer with the W.B. Council of Yoga and Naturopathy, and works as a Yoga Instructor at Baswa Hospital, BPHC under AYUSH.
